This Post is disseminated on behalf of Intellistake Technologies Corp.
It is sleek, it is built with precision, and it reflects Intellistake’s mission. Here is a quick tour.
The new intellistake.com Intellistake has an agreement to acquire NanoAi that remains subject to closing conditions. NanoAi’s platform is being designed to detect explosives, narcotics and pathogens at standoff distance, before anyone is in harm’s way. The architecture is simple to state and hard to build: one proprietary nanotechnology sensor, one AI intelligence layer, intended to be carried across six mounts, from helmet and wearable to drone, robot, vehicle and fixed site.

The site lays all of that out, and it labels each mount and sector as a licensed path or as roadmap, so it is always clear what is done and what is next. That line matters to me, and I think it matters to shareholders: the site shows what has been validated and what is still ahead.
The sensing process was published in a peer-reviewed paper in Scientific Reports, part of the Nature Portfolio. One of its co-authors is NanoAi’s founder, Craig Micklich, a 12-year U.S. Navy SEAL veteran. The paper is linked on the site, in full in the media section.

The lab work is there too. The NanoAi Operations Center in the Dallas-Richardson technology and defense corridor, and laboratory standoff testing. In the latest test, the sensor identified a targeted explosive threat at a 10-foot standoff distance in under one second, recorded on camera. That footage sits in the new media library.

Most people have never had a reason to think about standoff threat detection. We intend to change that, and we intend for them to learn it from us.
So alongside company updates, we have started publishing educational content on LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok: how standoff detection works, why reading a threat from a distance beats reading it up close, and where the industry is heading. This blog does the same job in long form, with the team writing about what we are building and why.
Anyone who follows along will be able to understand what we are working towards, see each milestone as it is reached and watch the platform develop in the open. That is what the content is for, and it is what the whole site is built to do.
Educational content now runs across all six channels LinkedIn: www.linkedin.com/company/intellistake
X: x.com/intellistake
YouTube: www.youtube.com/@Intellistake
Instagram: www.instagram.com/intellistake
Facebook: www.facebook.com/Intellistake
TikTok: www.tiktok.com/@intellistake

The new Newsroom keeps every press release, the media library and this blog together in one place. The investor centre at intellistake.com/ir has our exchange listings, direct links to our filings on SEDAR+ and a subscription for company news.
The place to start is the latest update: the 10-foot standoff test, on camera, in the media library HERE. Every press release and every video we publish sits alongside it in the Newsroom, so the record builds in one place.
From there, subscribe to company news at intellistake.com/ir, and follow us on LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok. There is a great deal happening at Intellistake, and this is the easiest way to keep up with it.
