Intellistake to acquire NanoAi Technologies →

Intelligence that senses, decides and acts.

Energy companies. Prediction markets. The air we breathe. Intellistake builds the AI agents and data infrastructure that turn real-world signals into decisions — in production today for NASDAQ-listed enterprise customers.

ISTK Section 1 — What We Build (replaces "Crypto Market Pulse")
What We Build

The AI layer.

Intellistake develops the software that turns complex data into decisions — and decisions into action.

Sense.

Our infrastructure ingests information where it originates: enterprise systems, market feeds and physical sensors.

Decide.

AI engines and data pipelines fuse those inputs into one real-time operational picture.

Act.

AI agents execute on it — live in production today for enterprise customers.

ISTK Section 2 — Where It Works Today (replaces "AI Market Momentum")
Applied, Not Theoretical

Where it works today.

Energy

AI agents deployed in production for PowerBank, a NASDAQ-listed energy company.

Enterprise

Austen, our AI content platform, and IntelliScope, our business-intelligence agent — both in beta.

Markets

Gravity, our technology infrastructure for prediction markets.

Defence & Critical Infrastructure

The intended next application of the same layer — where sensor networks are growing faster than the software that reads them.

ISTK Section 3 — Problem & Approach (replaces "Your Biggest Barrier? / The Simple Solution")
The Problem

Hardware outran software.

Defence, borders, ports and energy grids operate expanding networks of drones, detectors, sensor arrays and satellites. What most operators still lack is the layer that matters: software that fuses those feeds into a unified picture, in real time. The signals exist. The decisions lag.

Our Approach

We build the missing layer.

AI agents, data-fusion engines and sovereign data infrastructure built for environments where information cannot leave the wrong hands. And where proven detection hardware is required, we move to own it — the basis of our signed agreement to acquire NanoAi Technologies, a proprietary standoff threat-detection platform. Completion remains subject to due diligence.

ISTK Section 4 — Revenue Streams (replaces the three "What We Do" cards)

Our Revenue Streams: Software, Sensing, Infrastructure

1 AI Agents & Enterprise Software

AI agents deployed and in production for PowerBank, a NASDAQ-listed energy company.

Austen and IntelliScope in beta ahead of commercial release.

2 Sensor & Defence Intelligence

Sensor-to-decision software designed to fuse drone, detector and array feeds into one operational picture.

Signed agreement to acquire NanoAi Technologies, subject to due diligence.

3 Blockchain & Data Infrastructure

Blockchain applied as technology: tamper-proof chain-of-custody pathways giving sensor and detection data a verifiable audit trail — designed for potential sectors such as defence and law enforcement.

Sovereign data centres for environments where controlled data handling is a requirement, core infrastructure operated on decentralized AI networks generating recurring revenue, and Gravity, our prediction-market technology.

ISTK Section 5 — Why Intellistake (replaces "Okay, But why Intellistake..?" body)

Okay, But why Intellistake..?

Because the work is signed, shipping and public. AI agents in production for a NASDAQ-listed energy company. Two products in beta. Market infrastructure running. Validator revenue accruing.

And because the next leg is underway: a signed agreement to extend our AI layer into physical sensing and defence, with completion subject to due diligence and progress you can follow in our filings.

If Intellistake executes on its business plan, these operations are intended to drive long-term value.

Frequently Asked Questions

Straight answers.

What does Intellistake actually do?

We develop AI software — agents, data-fusion engines and data infrastructure — applied across energy, enterprise and markets, with defence and critical infrastructure as intended next sectors.

Where does revenue come from today?

Commercial customer contracts with AI agents in production, and staking rewards from validator infrastructure. Austen and IntelliScope are in beta ahead of commercialization.

What is the NanoAi transaction?

A definitive agreement signed August 3, 2026 to acquire NanoAi Technologies, developer of a standoff threat-detection platform, for C$17 million in Intellistake shares subject to performance-based vesting. Completion is subject to due diligence. It extends our software into physical sensing.

What role does blockchain play?

Infrastructure, not identity. We operate validators on decentralized AI networks, maintain a digital-asset treasury, and are designing blockchain chain-of-custody pathways for sensor data in potential sectors such as defence and law enforcement.

What are the risks?

Intellistake is an early-stage technology company. The NanoAi transaction may not complete. Digital assets are volatile. Forward-looking statements may not materialize. Review our continuous disclosure on SEDAR+ before making any investment decision.

How do I follow progress?

The mailing list, our filings on SEDAR+, and the Investor Relations page.
